How an Intelligence Layer Booked Pepcura
35 Qualified Meetings and
$350K in Pipeline
From a standing start to 35 qualified meetings, $350K in pipeline, and a 37% reply rate, in five weeks. One rule made it work: nothing goes out that isn't based on the clinic's own website.
Standard lead lists can't see this buyer. Only 29% of bought leads were a real fit.
Studied each clinic's website first, then found its buyer. Every message uses that clinic's own facts.
35 qualified meetings and $350K in pipeline. 37% of the people we messaged replied.
At Pepcura's $10,000 average deal value, 35 qualified meetings add up to $350K in qualified pipeline. The largest email campaign, in the EU, added a 12.57% reply rate (87 of 692 leads).
Was: one template for everyoneFrom 29% right to 100% right, before a single message went out.
We read each clinic's website and confirmed the fit before anyone was contacted. The old way? One real batch of 500 bought leads included 272 clinics in the wrong field entirely.
01 · The challenge
A buyer invisible to standard lead lists.
Pepcura supplies pharma-grade peptides to private clinics that don't yet offer peptide therapy. The buyer is an owner or clinical director.
Filter a database for "private clinic + owner" and you get dentists, eye clinics, and counseling practices. One real batch of 500 leads: 272 were the wrong kind of clinic.
Lists built from job titles got it right 29% of the time.
And the message has to read like one clinical director writing to another, specific to that clinic's patients. A name and a job title can't write that message.
02 · The approach
Read the clinic. Ground the copy. Follow the replies.
Find the clinic before the contact.
We find a clinic, read its website, and confirm its services fit. Only then do we look up who runs it. That same reading writes the opening line.

Every sentence true, or no message at all.
Each message names the patients that clinic serves and the one Pepcura product that fits them. If the facts aren't there, the lead is skipped. Nothing is invented.

Let replies decide where the budget goes.
We look at who actually answered, by clinic type and country, then go find more clinics like them. What doesn't get replies is dropped; what does gets more of the budget.

03 · What we built
Diagnose, architect, launch, compound.
A buyer profile learned from the mistakes.
The 272 wrong leads defined exactly which clinic types to exclude. Fertility clinics in, general gynecology out.

Quality checks before anything sends.
Every clinic and every address is checked and verified before Pepcura's name goes anywhere near it. The brand only shows up where it belongs.

Two channels, one second chance.
Five email campaigns to ~1,350 clinics, plus Noah's own LinkedIn. Anyone who ignored the email gets a warmer second touch on LinkedIn.

Replies that sound like Noah, trained by Noah.
Software drafts every answer from a library of 157 of Noah's real answers. He approves each one before it sends, and his edits improve next week's drafts.

04 · Forward
A system that gets sharper with every reply.
Every reply tells the system where to look next: more clinics like the ones that answered, in the places that answered. Quiet email leads get a second chance on LinkedIn, and every edit Noah makes teaches the next draft. The results steer the targeting.
