Noēsis The Longevity Collective

How Noēsis Turned a Standing
Network Into €63K in Pipeline
and a Thriving Longevity Community

From referrals-only to 63 booked conversations with accomplished C-level executives: doctors, scientists, founders, and investors. Six weeks, one LinkedIn seat, no cold list, no ad spend.

The problem

A founder network full of ideal members, never mapped or worked.

What we did

Found the right members hidden inside his network, then reached them through people they already trust.

The result

63 qualified conversations in six weeks. Zero cold outreach.

Requests sent 900

At €250 a quarter, those 63 conversations carry €63K in pipeline in annual member value. At an assumed 50% close, that lands as roughly €32K in annual recurring revenue from members who stay a year. Before this, outbound produced nothing.

Was: referrals only

Almost half of everyone who replied booked a call.

That conversion is the intelligence layer, not the outreach. 900 connection requests is unremarkable. Who they went to is the whole story.

01 · The challenge

A network full of pipeline that had never been operationalized.

Noēsis sells on trust, curation, and belonging, which makes cold outbound the wrong instrument entirely.

Thomas had built exactly the right network on LinkedIn. What he couldn't tell was which people in it were ready to join.

Growth ran on referrals and word of mouth. Real, but impossible to forecast or scale.

The right members were buried in a network of thousands, indistinguishable from everyone else in it. Finding them takes scoring and signal, not scrolling.

02 · The approach

Map the network. Don't buy a list.

A

A cold list costs more than it converts.

Every reach spends the founder's credibility. For a community sold on curation, a bought list does not just convert worse, it damages the asset being sold.

B

Fit alone is not a signal.

Plenty of people match the personas on paper. The ones worth an invitation were already active and already looking for a room like this one.

C

Warmth is a targeting outcome.

A warm introduction is not a softer template. It is what happens when you only reach people who already share context with the founder.

04 · What we built

Diagnose, architect, launch, compound.

01Diagnose

Network audit and ICP rebuild.

Full audit of the existing referral-only motion. ICP locked around the five Noēsis personas. Every first-degree connection scored and tiered to surface the relationships worth activating.

02Architect

Signal infrastructure.

Engagement scraping wired across the scored ICPs' posts and interactions. Second- and third-degree mapping to find active prospects on the warm edges. One LinkedIn seat configured for founder-led sending: no cold email, no separate sender.

03Launch

The warm-intro motion.

150 connection requests a week to scored, engaged ICPs, framed through shared context. Replies triaged and answered in Thomas's voice. Interested prospects routed straight to booked conversations.

04Compound

A repeatable network engine.

A scored map of the network and its active edges, left behind as a reusable asset. It keeps surfacing the next cohort as the community and the network grow.

””

“Every call was with someone already one step from me - warm from the first message, and exactly the right fit for the community.”

Thomas Weidlich Thomas WeidlichFounder, Noēsis

05 · Forward

Scaling the collective.

The engine now runs continuously, surfacing the next cohort as the community grows. Noēsis says yes to the right members instead of waiting for referrals to arrive.
